Certification In Phlebotomy Or Medical Assistant Training From An Accredited Program.
Minimum Of One Year Of Experience In A Clinical Or Laboratory Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Hipaa Regulations And Blood Donation Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment.
