  1. Safely and efficiently process blood donations into various components for transfusion.
  2. Follow strict laboratory procedures and safety protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of blood products.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent contamination of blood products.
  4. Operate and maintain equipment used in the manufacturing process, including centrifuges and blood separation machines.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure uninterrupted production.

  7. Utilize computer systems to accurately record and track blood products throughout the manufacturing process.

  14. Adhere to quality control measures to ensure the safety and effectiveness of blood products.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in the manufacturing department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Blood Component Manufacturing Or Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Aabb Standards For Blood Component Manufacturing

  • Proficiency In Conducting Quality Control Tests And Interpreting Results

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Highly Regulated Environment, While Adhering To Strict Safety Protocols
