  1. Coordinate blood donation appointments and maintain a steady supply of blood for patients.
  2. Communicate with potential and current donors to schedule appointments and answer questions.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor information and appointment schedules.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective blood collection processes.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging future donations.
  6. Utilize strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments.
  7. Work closely with blood drive coordinators to schedule appointments for mobile blood drives.
  8. Continuously monitor and adjust appointment schedules to meet supply and demand needs.
  9. Communicate with medical staff to ensure proper documentation and handling of blood donations.
  10. Follow established protocols and guidelines for handling confidential donor information.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  12. Serve as an ambassador for the American Red Cross and promote the organization's mission.
  13. Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor when dealing with donors and colleagues.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for donors and staff.
  15. Complete any other duties or tasks as assigned by supervisor.
