Completion Of An Accredited Phlebotomy Training Program And Current Certification As A Phlebotomist.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working As A Phlebotomist In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Blood Collection Procedures And Safety Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact Compassionately With Blood Donors.
Flexibility To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, As The American Red Cross Donor Center Operates 7 Days A Week.
