Job Description

As an Executive Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organizational support to our Executive Director.   1. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing their schedule, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Assist with the planning and execution of events and projects related to the organization's mission.
  3. Maintain and update records, documents, and databases related to the Executive Director's responsibilities.
  4. Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director and other staff members, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Executive Director.
  6. Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, and meeting materials for various meetings and events.
  7. Manage the Executive Director's budget and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational guidelines.
  8. Conduct research and gather information to support the Executive Director in decision-making and problem-solving.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  10. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive Director.
  11. Serve as an ambassador for the organization, promoting its mission and values to the community.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the Executive Director.
  13. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and communication within the organization.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and suggestions to the Executive Director.
  15. Uphold the organization's policies and procedures, and promote a positive work culture.
