- Communicate with donors, blood drive coordinators, and medical staff to ensure efficient and timely scheduling of platelet donations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduled platelet donations
- Work closely with other team members to ensure adequate supply of platelets for patients in need
- Collaborate with regional and national teams to develop and implement strategies for increasing platelet donations
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors and ensure a positive donation experience
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm and remind donors of their scheduled appointments
- Assist with donor recruitment efforts and educate the public on the importance of platelet donations

- Represent the American Red Cross in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Healthcare Or Blood Banking Setting
Strong Understanding Of Blood Donation Processes And Platelet Collection Procedures
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Effectively Manage A High Volume Of Platelet Donation Appointments
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Scheduling Software, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Technology Platforms.
