Program Specialist, Disaster Services

12. Continuously assess and improve program processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
13. Participate in disaster drills and exercises to ensure readiness for potential disasters.
14. Provide regular reports and updates to superiors on program activities, outcomes, and challenges.
15. Uphold the mission and values of the American Red Cross in all interactions and activities.
