Talent Acquisition Screener and Recruiter

The Temporary Talent Acquisition Screener and Recruiter will provide support our Talent Acquisition team in screening candidates as well full cycle recruiting across several lines of business. This position will work in a fun and fast-paced environment. Coordinate ratings of applicants and development of starting salary recommendations for hiring manager consideration. Correspond with candidates to provide company information and notification of employment consideration. Maintain and track job and candidate data for compliance to EEO and other related employment laws and regulations. Evaluate candidates based on employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to the selection and referral of candidates.
