11. Work closely with the Volunteer Management team to ensure a positive and engaging volunteer experience.
12. Uphold the values and principles of the American Red Cross and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the volunteer base.
13. Act as a brand ambassador for the American Red Cross, promoting our mission and services to potential volunteers and the community.
14. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Volunteer Management team.
