ISO Quality Manager

Manage the development and maintenance of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) for the company to ensure compliance to standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000. Apply problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques (management and planning tools, quality tools, preventive and corrective actions) to solve issues with processes. Lead the efforts across the company in developing procedures and works instructions for all processes. Maintain and improve the quality management system. Serve as the lead auditor for internal audits to ensure compliance with the standards and communicate findings and observations in a formal audit report. Serve as the focal point during surveillance and/or full audits conducted by an external auditor. Ensure risk assessment worksheets are reviewed and updated as per the Information Security Management System Policy and Procedure. Report monthly quality metrics and analyze trends. Assist in the writing and review of standard operating procedures (SOP). Conduct employee training on QMS related requirements
