Quality Review Analyst

We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Engineering department. The department delivers industry-leading technical services in support of customers’ collocations and asset maintenance. Utilize internal quality and reporting tools to support the quality of engineering deliverables and process performance. Support process improvements by identifying systems, processes, and quality root causes using standard quality/improvement techniques and tools. Plan and conduct departmental and external vendor risk management functions, including tracking quality defects, conducting internal and external vendor audits, and monitoring the quality of deliverables. Provide to internal teams, cross-functional partners, and external vendors communications about quality and performance key performance indicators. Assess the quality of deliverables provided by the department and work with frontline representatives and leaders to resolve defects and procedural gaps.
