Job Description

We are currently searching for a Direct Mail Coordinator to join our team. Collaborate to help define, manage, and deliver key direct marketing initiatives and business goals across creative, content, data, and legal teams to ensure direct mail is impactful, on brand, targeted and compliant. Monitor industry competition, market share, market conditions, prior campaign performance, issues or constraints, and legal/compliance requirements. Participate in prospect or client focus group research efforts. Collaborate with data team and business stakeholders on program optimization opportunities to meet or beat planned projections, and develop new campaigns as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in either Agency or Corporate setting with direct mail / customer acquisition marketing experience.

  • Ability to work independently to plan and manage a complex project portfolio.

  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques.

  • Experience with direct mail creative development and implementation that drive large-scale quality leads.
