We are looking for a talented, self-motivated, entry to mid-level Help Desk Support Technician to join our team in Irvine. Respond to IT ticket requests for technical support in a timely fashion. Document, track, and monitor problems using applicable systems and tools. Coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user problems as necessary. Provide administration support of Windows 10 and Chromebox machines. Assist with technology product evaluations and recommendations (hardware & software); including compatibility and performance analysis. Work independently. Provide outstanding customer service to end users.
