- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on vacuum brazing equipment to identify and address any potential issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to identify and resolve technical issues related to vacuum brazing equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and generate reports on maintenance activities, identifying any areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices related to vacuum brazing maintenance and technology.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on proper maintenance and operation of vacuum brazing equipment.

- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of vacuum brazing equipment.
Strong Understanding Of Vacuum Brazing Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Vacuum Brazing Techniques, Including Equipment Setup, Operation, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance.
Knowledge Of Vacuum Furnace Maintenance: This Role Requires Knowledge Of Vacuum Furnace Maintenance, Including Cleaning, Replacing Parts, And Performing Routine Inspections.
Mechanical And Electrical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess A Combination Of Mechanical And Electrical Skills To Effectively Troubleshoot And Repair Equipment.
Experience With Heat Treatment Processes: Familiarity With Heat Treatment Processes And Their Effects On Various Materials Is Essential For This Role.
