
Administrative Coordinator - Biosimilars Global Development
Amgen is seeking an Administrative Coordinator (AC) to provide support for the Biosimilars Study Management, Inflammation Global Development and Publication Planning functions. The AC will support Executive Directors and their teams and serve as a contact for the department. Maintain distribution, contact and personnel lists. Initiate candidate screening telcons, coordination of onsite internal/external candidate interview schedules and candidate debrief meetings. Coordinate international and domestic shipments, tracking delivery, and communications to the team. Manage the administrative aspects of relationships with external vendors/suppliers and opinion leaders.
5+ years of experience in an administrative support role supporting large teams at different levels
Ability managing multiple calendars including coordination across multiple time zones
