Develop and implement global partnership supply chain strategies that align with Amgen's overall business objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with global partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products to global partners.
Manage all aspects of supply chain management for global partnerships, including forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for global supply chain management.
Negotiate and manage contracts with global partners to achieve favorable terms and optimize supply chain operations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance, to ensure seamless operations and delivery to global partners.
Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted supply to global partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global supply chain management to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Global Setting.
Strong Understanding Of International Trade And Logistics, Including Import/Export Regulations And Customs Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Global Supply Chain Operations, Including Sourcing, Procurement, And Distribution.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With International Suppliers And Partners.
