- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the India HR Staff Services team.
- Ensure that all HR services provided to employees in India are efficient, effective, and aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall employee experience and satisfaction with HR services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee needs and concerns.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional development.
- Collaborate with global HR leaders to maintain consistency and alignment across all locations.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate HR services.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations and complex employee issues, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leadership.
- Prepare and present regular reports and metrics to showcase the performance and impact of HR staff services.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline and optimize HR services.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and diversity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in talent acquisition and onboarding processes for the India HR Staff Services team.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Amgen, promoting our mission, values, and culture to potential candidates and the community.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Indian Labor Laws, Regulations, And Hr Policies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team, With A Focus On Developing And Retaining Top Talent.
