Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Medicinal Chemistry Or Related Field, With At Least 8-10 Years Of Relevant Industry Experience.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Contributing To Successful Drug Discovery Projects, With A Deep Understanding Of Drug Design Principles And Structure-Activity Relationships.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Modern Medicinal Chemistry Techniques And Technologies, Including Computer-Aided Drug Design, Structure-Based Drug Design, And Fragment-Based Drug Discovery.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Interdisciplinary Teams And Present Complex Scientific Concepts To A Diverse Audience.

  • Experience In Mentoring And Developing Junior Scientists, As Well As A Demonstrated Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Deliver Results Within Tight Timelines.
