Manage and coordinate development and manufacturing activities with external partners.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
Review and negotiate contracts with external partners.
Monitor and track project timelines and progress.
Proactively identify and address any potential issues or delays.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project goals.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures for contract development and manufacturing.
Communicate and report project updates and progress to leadership.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in biotechnology.
Contribute to the overall success of the department and company by bringing innovative ideas and solutions.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to Amgen's mission and values.
Mentor and train junior team members as needed.
Represent Amgen in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Development And Manufacturing Within The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Regulatory Requirements For Drug Development And Manufacturing.
Proficiency In Project Management And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
