Job Description

Utilize and maintain established processes, tools, technologies and concepts that best leverage the Salesforce platform, using agile methodologies. Participate in or lead technical design sessions in order to create and optimize business processes to be integrated across multiple systems. Develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives. Translate business requirements into well architected solutions, interacting with appropriate areas as needed. Advise on risks and/or benefits of specific solutions. Remain current with Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from scheduled releases, acquisitions and Salesforce App Exchange tools. Collaborate with Salesforce team members as well as across other teams and multiple business units to complete work in a timely manner. Provide mentoring and guidance to other IT personnel.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years development experience

  • Experienced development experience with Salesforce specific technologies.
