Job Description

At Analog Devices, we’re constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in semiconductor technology. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and focused Associate Product Quality Engineer to join our team and help us take our products to the next level.The ideal candidate for this role should be passionate and knowledgeable about engineering and the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and driving continuous improvement efforts. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, as well as a minimum of 2 years' experience in product quality or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of design control systems and the ability to design experiments and interpret data. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to make sound decisions and think analytically. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the quality of products by conducting tests, inspections, and audits.
  2. Design experiments and interpret data related to product quality.
  3. Develop and maintain design control systems to ensure product quality.
  4. Maintain detailed records of product testing and quality control.
  5. Proactively identify potential quality issues and develop solutions.
  6. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to ensure product quality.
  7. Provide feedback to design and engineering teams on product quality.
  8. Collaborate with other departments such as manufacturing, engineering, and sales to ensure product quality.
  9. Work with suppliers to ensure that the materials used meet specifications.
  10. Monitor industry-wide developments in semiconductor technology and product quality standards.
