Industrial Engineer
The IE is concerned with the design, improvement, and implementation of integrated systems of people and processes. In this role Industrial Engineering works closely with the individual operators and manufacturing teams to learn, feedback, train, coach and implement improvements to the systems and manufacturing flows to positively impact KPIs and support business growth and changes in product mix. Monitor / verify equipment procurement occurs per action plans. Cycle Time Reduction. Evaluating the causes for variances in product cycle times. Determine correct batch sizes based on processes and equipment. Set-up process time reduction (working with Process Engineering). Implementation of Work Cells / product teams. Material and Product Flow.
