  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for supply chain improvement.
  3. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Utilize forecasting and demand planning techniques to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  6. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform supply chain strategies.
  9. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  10. Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  11. Communicate supply chain updates and changes to relevant teams and stakeholders.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business goals and objectives.
  13. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
  14. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain operations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Preferably In The Semiconductor Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Forecast And Anticipate Supply Chain Issues.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Planning Software Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholders.
