- Manage and oversee multiple home remodeling projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, and communicate them to team members and clients.
- Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments to identify potential project challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling needs and preferences, and provide expert recommendations and advice.
- Create and maintain project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to source materials and schedule services.
- Monitor and supervise all aspects of the construction process, including quality control and adherence to safety standards.

- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And/Or Remodeling Is Required For This Role. This Includes Experience In Planning, Budgeting, And Overseeing Construction Projects.
Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Local Building Codes And Regulations To Ensure That All Remodeling Projects Are Completed In Compliance With The Law.
