As a Client Experience Sales Leader, you will develop and implement strategies to ensure that customer service and satisfaction are at the forefront of our sales process. You will lead a team of sales associates, ensuring that our customers have the best shopping experience possible.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service and sales leadership. You should also have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer service and satisfaction is the priority of the sales process.
  2. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service.
  3. Utilize creativity, energy, and drive to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  4. Develop and implement training initiatives to educate sales associates on customer service standards.
  5. Monitor customer service and satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Analyze customer service data and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Maintain relationships with customers and build a positive rapport.
