We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Key Holder at Ann Taylor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store organization, and leading the sales floor team. You will need to be able to set a positive example for others and demonstrate a passion for the Ann Taylor brand.To be considered for this position, you must have at least two years of retail experience, a high school degree or GED, and excellent customer service and communication skills. 9. Train and coach team members on customer service, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
10. Support store operations by helping to manage inventory, stock shelves, and organize displays.
