Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor, you will provide excellent customer service and fashion advice in order to create a positive shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. You should have a passion for fashion, sales, and customer service. You must have a minimum of one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer service role. A strong background in women’s fashion is a plus. 5. Assist with store merchandising, display, and cleaning tasks.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
7. Follow all safety and security procedures.
8. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
9. Promote store promotions and special offers.
10. Accurately maintain customer records in the store database.
