Stock Associate

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and an excellent communicator. As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for helping to maintain a neat and organized store, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: strong organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of attention to detail. Additionally, the ability to lift heavy items is preferred. Previous experience in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Organize store inventory in a neat, orderly fashion
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
• Assist with store displays and merchandising
• Handle product transfers and inventory counts
• Unload shipments and stock shelves
• Assist with lost and found items
• Process returns and exchanges
• Lift and move heavy items when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
