Are you an experienced and talented stylist with a passion for fashion and helping people feel their best? Ann Taylor is looking for a Stylist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and styling advice to our guests. In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador and work closely with customers to help them find the perfect look. The ideal candidate will have a knack for fashion, an eye for detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:• Previous retail experience in a sales or styling role• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• Knowledge of current trends and fashion• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• A keen eye for detail• Passion for fashion and creating looks that make customers feel their bestIf this sounds like the perfect role for you, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service and styling advice.
  2. Assist customers in selecting and finding the perfect look.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of current trends and fashion.
  4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Utilize strong organizational and multitasking abilities in order to efficiently manage customer interactions.
  6. Use a keen eye for detail to create looks that make customers feel their best.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  9. Monitor inventory and order new items when needed.
