Visual/Stock Associate

At Ann Taylor, we believe that our Visual/Stock Associates are the heart of our stores. Our team of associates create an inviting atmosphere for our customers while providing an elevated shopping experience. We are looking for a new Visual/Stock Associate to join our team who is a motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual.The ideal candidate should have previous experience in visual merchandising and/or stocking, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the fashion retail industry. The successful candidate should also be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, be organized and have strong communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. We are excited to find a new team member to join us in creating the perfect shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: • Create an inviting atmosphere for customers in the store • Provide an elevated shopping experience • Execute visual merchandising strategies • Stock shelves and displays with merchandise • Provide excellent customer service • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Be organized and have strong communication skills • Follow company policies and procedures • Maintain a neat and organized store environment • Assist customers with locating and selecting merchandise • Process payments and other transactions • Assist with inventory management and store operations
