- Provide administrative support to the merchandise team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing departmental documents and files.
- Assist with the daily operations of the merchandise department, including inventory management, product ordering, and tracking shipments.
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure accurate and timely entry of product information into the inventory system.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and identify any potential issues or opportunities.
- Help to develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
- Contribute to the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies and displays.
- Review and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment and inventory allocation.
- Assist with the coordination of photo shoots and sample management for marketing and promotional materials.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information on the company's website and other marketing channels.
- Contribute to the overall success of the merchandise department and the Anthropologie brand by staying current with industry trends and providing creative input.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Retail Merchandising Or Buying.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Retail-Specific Software, Such As Jda Or Retail Pro.
