2. Assist customers in finding and trying on unique and eclectic fashion and home decor items.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering personalized recommendations.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
5. Continuously learn about the brand's products, style, and aesthetic in order to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and replenishing merchandise.
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
8. Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling techniques.
9. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
10. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including those related to loss prevention, safety, and inventory control.

13. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
