Job Description

This position is important for the execution of the Aon Reinsurance strategic plan to achieve key objectives for the growth of the Appian platform in Aon Reinsurance and provide solutions that continue improving the availability, resiliency and quality of our Appian environment. You will closely collaborates with other team members on the implementation of the solution, scoping, issues resolution and status updates for Appian. Your team will work together to simplify our Appian BPM applications, to reduce complexity and increase business value. We will need your assistance with Perform Analysis, Gap Analysis, Business Impact analysis, Design/Review and Prototyping for Appian.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with the Appian BPM platform, preferably in a cloud environment, building and delivering enterprise level applications

  • Experience integrating Appian with different technology platforms using native integration components

  • Experience addressing Appian application performance issues and application tuning

  • Experience working with Process models, SAIL forms, CDT’s, records, reports, Appian security architecture, web API’s.

  • Knowledge of SQL Server and the use of Microsoft SQL Server Management studio.
