
Campaign Operations Specialist
Apply consumer campaign management tools, along with SQL database, to design and conduct day-to-day campaign operations. Collaborate with partners to ensure lists are accurate and timely. Seek opportunities to improve campaign operations processes and systems. Apply statistical weighting and sampling techniques to improve outcomes and results. Build and maintain vital processes, controls, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and business functionality, while aligning with privacy and security policies. Investigate issues and provide process improvement recommendations. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system development and enhancements. Partner with IS&T for the development and implementation of campaign management initiatives.
2-5 years validated expertise in marketing campaign management systems and operations
Advanced proficiency in SQL /Teradata
Thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment while remaining flexible and adaptable
Experience in email marketing and knowledge of local regulatory marketing laws (i.e. GDPR, CASL, PIPL) a plus
Experience in campaign measurement and analytic insights, along with advanced knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
