Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Facilities Coordination Or Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Tech Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Plumbing.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Computer Software Programs Such As Microsoft Office And Facility Management Software.
