- Serve as the primary point of contact for all human resources-related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Build strong relationships with employees and managers to understand their needs and provide guidance and support.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement people strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure their well-being and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and employee development.

- Lead and participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and data.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Apple and represent the company's values and culture to employees and external stakeholders.
