  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all human resources-related inquiries from employees and managers.
  2. Build strong relationships with employees and managers to understand their needs and provide guidance and support.
  3. Partner with managers to develop and implement people strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
  4. Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure their well-being and address any concerns or issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  6. Advise and coach managers on performance management, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and employee development.
  7. Conduct investigations and address employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human resources to continually improve processes and policies.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources.
  10. Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including conducting interviews and coordinating orientation.
  11. Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training and development needs and assist in delivering training programs.
  12. Provide guidance and support in all aspects of employee compensation and benefits.
  13. Lead and participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.
  14. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and data.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Apple and represent the company's values and culture to employees and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
