- Conduct regular audits and reviews of fraud prevention processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Analyze and report on key metrics and trends related to fraud prevention, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to fraud prevention and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new fraud prevention team members.
- Act as a spokesperson for the fraud prevention team, representing Apple in external forums and conferences.
- Serve as a liaison between the fraud prevention team and other departments within the organization, promoting collaboration and alignment of goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Fraud Prevention Or Financial Crime Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Fraud Detection And Prevention Strategies, Techniques, And Tools.
Experience In Managing And Leading A Team To Effectively Investigate And Resolve Fraud Cases.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
