  1. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data solutions.
  2. Collaborate with various teams, including engineers, data analysts, and product managers, to identify project requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to project delivery.
  5. Communicate project progress and updates to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Develop and implement project management processes and best practices.
  7. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide regular updates to project team members.
  8. Work closely with technical teams to understand the technical aspects of the project and provide guidance and support as needed.
  9. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data solutions and technologies.
  11. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of project goals and requirements.
  12. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in project delivery processes.
  13. Mentor and coach team members to develop their project management and technical skills.
  14. Collaborate with other Technical Program Managers to share best practices and lessons learned.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In Strategic Data Solutions Or Software Development.

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Data Systems, Databases, And Data Analytics.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Lead Teams To Successful Project Delivery.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale And Complex Technical Projects, With A Focus On Delivering Solutions That Meet Business Objectives And Drive Innovation.
