- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers throughout the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
- Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and work with managers to address and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and thorough processes and outcomes.
- Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Stay up-to-date with current employment laws and regulations and ensure that company policies and practices are compliant.
- Collaborate with HR partners and other stakeholders to identify and address trends or patterns in employee relations issues.
- Provide training and coaching to managers on employee relations best practices and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation.
- Act as a resource for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on a wide range of workplace topics.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Handle Difficult Conversations.
Experience With Conflict Resolution, Mediation, And Conducting Workplace Investigations.
