Material Coordinator

1. Track and manage inventory levels of all materials in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Enter and maintain accurate data in inventory control and materials management systems.
3. Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
4. Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
5. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies regarding inventory control and materials management.
6. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations on inventory adjustments.
7. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
8. Plan and coordinate the transportation of materials.
9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
10. Develop and monitor quality assurance processes for materials management.
