We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to join our team at Aramark! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations at our location, including staff, quality assurance, procurement, and food safety policies. You will have the opportunity to create a unique and memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a professional kitchen, as well as a degree in culinary arts or a related field. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This individual must be able to multi-task, manage a large and diverse staff, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Experience in menu development, cost control, and food safety and sanitation procedures is a must!
Responsibilities:

- Create a unique and memorable dining experience for guests.

- Ensure all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Ensure all orders are filled accurately and delivered on time.
- Monitor food quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Train and develop staff in culinary skills and techniques.
- Monitor food costs and develop strategies to reduce costs.
- Develop and implement food safety and hygiene policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding food safety and sanitation.
