
District Manager - Integrated Facilities Management
We are looking for a talented and driven individual with exceptional leadership capabilities to join our team as District Manager - Integrated Facilities Management at Aramark! In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Integrated Facilities Management operations in the district, with a focus on delivering the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering or a related field, and at least five years of experience in facilities management and operations. You must also possess strong knowledge of the principles and practices of facilities management and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Integrated Facilities Management operations in the district, ensuring that operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and compliance.
- Monitor and ensure that all safety regulations are followed and maintained.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee preventative maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor and control costs associated with facilities management operations.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency.
- Investigate customer complaints and provide solutions to any issues.
