
Facilities Operations Excellence Manager
Aramark is seeking a talented and experienced Facilities Operations Excellence Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of facilities operations professionals and developing and executing plans to ensure the highest level of safety, efficiency, and customer service.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or business process improvement. They will have strong project and program management skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of facilities operations professionals.
- Develop and execute plans to ensure the highest level of safety, efficiency, and customer service.

- Develop and maintain facility operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
- Monitor and analyze facilities operations performance and metrics.
- Develop and manage facility operational budgets.
- Act as a liaison between various departments and facilities operations teams.
- Provide direction and guidance to staff on day-to-day operations.
- Support facility maintenance and repair efforts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive and customer-centric culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report progress against goals and objectives.
