Facilities Operations Excellence Manager

9. Provide direction and guidance to staff on day-to-day operations.
10. Support facility maintenance and repair efforts.
11. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
12. Foster a positive and customer-centric culture.
13. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
14. Create and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency.
