- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure the integrity and accuracy of plaster designs.
- Study and analyze historical plaster techniques and materials to accurately replicate and preserve the original designs.
- Execute intricate and precise plaster work, including mold-making, casting, and finishing.
- Use a variety of tools and techniques to manipulate and shape plaster, such as hand tools, stencils, and carving tools.
- Prepare surfaces for plaster work by cleaning, patching, and priming as needed.
- Mix and apply plaster materials in adherence to safety and quality standards.
