  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support in all areas of HR.
  3. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a liaison between employees and management.
  4. Provide guidance and support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  5. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  6. Identify and address training and development needs for employees.
  7. Stay up-to-date with HR laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
  8. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement company-wide HR initiatives.
  9. Manage and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Participate in recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the selection of top talent.
  11. Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for retention and engagement strategies.
  12. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and practices.
  13. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  14. Support organizational change initiatives and help employees adapt to changes.
  15. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR strategies and processes.
  16. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports diversity and equal opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Business Partner Capacity.
