- Coordinate and manage the workforce for Arconic, ensuring that all positions are filled with qualified individuals.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and create effective hiring plans.
- Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process for new hires.
- Monitor and maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and training records.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any workforce-related issues.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards, to support workforce needs.
- Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related questions and concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline workforce processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Informed Decisions.
Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Stakeholders And Departments.
