- Develop and implement instructional strategies and resources to support student learning and academic success
- Provide individual and group instructional support to students, including tutoring, study skills training, and academic advising
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify student needs and develop targeted interventions and support plans
- Utilize data and student feedback to continuously evaluate and improve instructional methods and resources
- Stay up-to-date on current educational trends and research to inform instructional practices and approaches
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Communicate regularly with students, faculty, and staff to ensure effective coordination and support for student academic success
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student progress and provide regular progress reports to relevant stakeholders
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the overall growth and development of the instructional specialist team
- Adhere to all university policies and procedures, as well as professional standards and ethical guidelines.
A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Education, Instructional Design, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Curriculum Development And Instructional Design.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Learning Theories And Instructional Strategies.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Faculty And Other Instructional Specialists.
Familiarity With Learning Management Systems And Instructional Technology Tools.
