  • Develop and implement instructional strategies and resources to support student learning and academic success
  • Provide individual and group instructional support to students, including tutoring, study skills training, and academic advising

  • Utilize data and student feedback to continuously evaluate and improve instructional methods and resources
  • Stay up-to-date on current educational trends and research to inform instructional practices and approaches

  • Communicate regularly with students, faculty, and staff to ensure effective coordination and support for student academic success
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student progress and provide regular progress reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the overall growth and development of the instructional specialist team
  • Adhere to all university policies and procedures, as well as professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Education, Instructional Design, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Curriculum Development And Instructional Design.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Learning Theories And Instructional Strategies.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Faculty And Other Instructional Specialists.

  • Familiarity With Learning Management Systems And Instructional Technology Tools.
