• Develop and implement store operations procedures and policies • Oversee store operations, ensuring that customer service and operational standards are met • Monitor store performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement • Lead and motivate store team, providing feedback and guidance • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient store operations • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Manage store budget and inventory levels • Develop action plans to address store performance issues • Ensure store is clean and well-maintained • Monitor store team performance and provide regular feedback • Ensure store team adheres to company policies and procedures • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
