
Loss Prevention Officer

Responsibilities:
- Monitor store merchandise and customers for suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Investigate and document any suspected cases of shoplifting or theft.
- Collaborate with store management on loss prevention initiatives.
- Conduct regular patrols of the store to ensure safety and security.
- Utilize security equipment such as surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loss prevention activities.
- Support the store team in achieving the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to loss prevention.
- Ensure store policies and procedures are followed and enforced.
