Responsibilities:

1. Lead and direct a team of merchandise flow personnel to ensure timely and accurate receiving, processing, and shipping of items.
2. Monitor inventory levels and adjust accordingly to ensure products are delivered on time.
3. Ensure customer orders are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Develop and implement procedures to improve the merchandising flow process.
5. Train and mentor team members in the areas of stocking, sorting, and shipping.
6. Analyze data and provide reports and recommendations to management.
7. Maintain relationships with vendors and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any problems or issues with merchandise flow.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
